Some hours ago I received an email from Fantasyana Publishing attached with the PDF version of their latest artbook AMAZING EVENTS #004. Actually I didn't understand what happened, cuz it was the first time I submitted works to Fantasyana and I hadn't receive any replies from them since the submission, in which I only sent low-resolution images for preview, as they have noted in their website.
After waiting several minutes for the 100MB PDF file to be downloaded successfully, I turned to the content page and... yup, I saw the thumbnail of one of my submitted works with my name "Dan Phan" there !!! More interestingly, I'm the last artist to be listed there and my section kinda marks the end of the book. I was terribly surprised when all of my 5 submitted images were selected, while I only hoped for 2 of them to make it through. The artists listed before me are all great names...

I don't know what to say...

Perhaps my happiness is overwhelming so much that I don't know what to speak about this...

This news has partly made my day after all the recent troubling and gloomy days...
The only thing that I regret is that I didn't submit the images with better solutions from the beginning (I thought they'd ask for the high-quality images if they selected them, as they've stated in their website). Perhaps the submitted images were justified enough to be printed, but definitely they couldn't have better outcomes than the high-quality images and the worse thing is that my signatures in those submitted images were bigger than necessary (as they were the for-display-only versions )
